How many cloth nappies does a newborn get through in a day?
Public Comments
- alot
- about one every two to three hours unless poo poo in between.
- Varies, usually around 8 a day.. If you are using liners to it helps alot.. Good stuff for using cloth, not many people do nowadays, i did and proud of it.. Good luck
- 15 - 20 at a minimum for a breastfed baby. It will taper down some after a few months when your baby isn't pooping nonstop.
- not so much. it all depends though. change the diaper if the diaper is soaked and soiled. don't change it if it's just a little pee and if it's a little poop, change it before he/she gets a rash.
- loads! I think I used to change my kids about every 1.5 - 2 hours, and 2 or 3 times at night. Newborns go through nappies so quickly. Cloth nappies are lovely though, almost worth having another baby for!
- About 12 a day, but this doesnt last for long :)
