Have you used Huggies boy nappies on a girl and vise-versa?
I know that the nappies are made specially for boys or girls because of the place of the absorbant material in the nappy, but has anyone used Huggies on babies of the oposite sex over a long period of time? Where they as good?

- Not for over a long period of time. I used boys on my daughter once, b/c I was at a friends house(her son is the same age) and I forgot to restock the diaper bag lol.. It worked fine till I got home though.
- i can't imagine it would do any harm as a temporary thing, but you may want to stick to the girls nappies for a girl as they're specifically designed for that reason.
- I ran a daycare so I know from experience. Huggies seem to work better for girls and pampers for boys. But the boy/girl thing, yeah they work a bit differently because the absorbtion strip is in different places depending on gender. More in the front for boys and near the bottom for girls. That's what I've found... other than that, not too much difference for gender coded diapers...
