What is the best diaper rash cream on the internet?
My son has had diaper rashes since he was 7 months old off and on. He is now 1 and a half. I have tried triple cream, stuff at the store, and even behind the counter cream. Some have worked but only for that time of rash, then when he has it again it does not work. Oatmeal, baking soda, and neosporten I have tried too. I'm so stressed out from finding the answer. Please HELP!

- The best thing I ever used on my kids was either aloe vera straight from the plant - just rip of a leaf and slit it open, and apply. Or olive oil. Otherwise try something with a lot of zinc in it... or even just plain zinc cream.
- Bepanthen
- If it's that bad and nothing is working, take him to his doc and get a prescription for something. It could also be more than just a diaper rash. He could have eczema or something. But you could always look into what could be causing it. With my first, pampers diapers would give him a rash on his booty, so we switched to huggies and bam no more rash. Maybe try switching diapers or even give him more naked time to let his booty get air. You could also try a more sensitive baby wash. Such as one designed for eczema.
- We use Weleda - http://www.amazon.com/Weleda-Baby-Calendula-Diaper-Cream/dp/B000V4813S/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1268600009&sr=1-3 & change our baby's nappy often & he's 9months & never had a rash yet. We pat a natural powder (cornflour) over the cream so it stays on his bottom & doesn't just get transferred straight to his nappy. I've also heard amazing things about this - http://www.natureschild.com.au/products/bottom_balm_organic_calendula_and_comfrey/320/1 but haven't tried it myself as the Weleda works great for us! Hope you find some relief for your son soon!
