How do I unsubscribe from free nappies website?

I've subscribed to free nappies website but just realised it could be a scam as lots have people have posted that it is just a way to bombard you with spam. Didnt realise until too late. Any advice very much appreciated.

1. Do not bother. Just mark every E-mail you get from them without opening them as spam, and it will go right into your 'spam' folder. Opening spam alerts the sender that your address is a valid one and they will send you loads and loads more. If it gets real bad, you can block that address. Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it Options /mail options Click on 'spam' in the list on the left. Then in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' enter the E-mail address you wish blocked, in the box after 'Add a blocked address' and click on the 'add' button, then click on 'save changes' at top left of screen. You will never get mail from that address again.
