What are the smallest baby swimming nappies available?

What are the smallest baby swimming nappies available? i mean weight wise my son is alittle over 5 kilo and i cant find swim nappies to fit??

1. The smallest size i have found is about 8kg, over 6 months anyway, I probably wouldnt take them when they are too little anyway, they get really cold unless it is one of those special pools that are warmer
2. They are never small enough it seems, I went to babies r us and they had some for 12 lbs + so I just put ductape around my son to keep the diaper on!
3. With huggies, I bought the smallest size which was size S but started at like 16 pounds or so and I just put a little swim trunk over it and it made it a bit tighter. Hope this helps.
