Has Anyone Tried Especially for Baby diapers at Babies R Us?

I noticed that all sizes are on sale for $10 the day after Thanksgiving and wondered if they were any good. I am due soon and right now would be interested in the newborn and size 1 sizes. Are these a good brand to use? How many diapers come in the newborn/size 1 packs? Also any comments on Parents Choice or White Cloud diapers? We have been buying huggies and pampers swaddlers but if I can get diapers cheaper that are just as good than I would rather do that.

1. I used white cloud with my middle son if we were hurting for money, and they worked just fine. I absolutely LOVED Pampers swaddlers for my youngest son and was sad when he grew out of them. Have you thought about Luvs? They now have the stretchy tabs on the waist, and the only reason I never bought them was because the tabs didn't stretch. They work great and are pretty cheap! Not sure about the Especially for Baby brand, I never used them myself! Best of luck!
2. you know what... i have been a mommy for fours years.. and i use to feel guilty if i bough them cheaper diaper(luv's).. recently i had an "a ha" moment..after talking to lots of other mommies.. and realised that cheap diapers are just as good are brand name one. As long as you baby can wear themwith out breaking out. So if you findout you baby can wear white clouds diaper, parents choice.. GO FOR IT!! Lately we have been using parent's choice and they work GREAT!! BTW... dont buy too many new born size diapers.. baby won't wear them for long! :P Good luck!
3. I think all diapers are very similar. Some are just name brand and cost more. I think that if the diapers are on sale, get them. Buy 1 pack and open it and if you like the way the diaper feels, go ahead and buy more. I prefer pampers or even Huggies, but if I see some on sale I end up buying them so it's cheaper.
