How can I stop people from putting their dirty disposable diapers in my trash?

More then once these young mothers have put soiled diapers right in my kitchen area in the trash and not even in the covered trash can? right beside the bin..and they smell and they expect me to clean up after them...what am i too tell these mothers?

post a nice but blunt note on your trash can "NO dirty diapers, please put them in a closed bag and in the lidded garbage can" Then put some small garbage bags next to the can. That really is very rude. I actually always carry bags with me and leave it outside and then take it with me. Hope that helps, Mom of 5 with another on the way

well politly tell them to put those diapers in the bathroom and when you r expecting them to come over put the trash can out and when they go look they'll see to put them in bathroom and if you don't like that just tell them not to come back till there out of diapers
It kinda depends what you are talking about. People that come to your house to visit or what? If they are at your house, I would ask them to put it in a grocery sack and tie it shut or offer to take it out to the garbage pail outside for them.
