I used cloth diapers for my babies (many years ago) and there was basically 1 choice. You got a cloth diaper, plastic pants and diaper pins and you learned how to put it together. I have started using baby powder and letting his butt air out for about 30 minutes every day, and it has helped wonderfully. But I have read that the absorbent gel in the diapers can cause a rash.
